Products & Custom Orders

Crafts 4 Dayz specializes in custom and personalized products.

  • All customization details (including spelling, sizing, colors, and design selections) must be reviewed carefully before placing your order.
  • We are not responsible for customer-submitted errors.
  • Due to the handmade and custom nature of our products, minor variations in color, placement, or materials may occur and are not considered defects.

Order Acceptance & Cancellation

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to:

  • Errors in pricing or product descriptions
  • Suspected fraudulent activity
  • Orders that violate intellectual property rights

If your order is canceled after payment, you will receive a full refund.

Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD).
  • Payment is required in full at checkout.
  • Applicable Minnesota sales tax will be added where required by law.

Production & Shipping

  • Orders are typically processed, produced, and shipped within 10–14 business days unless otherwise stated.
  • This timeframe does not include carrier transit time.
  • Shipping timelines may vary depending on the carrier and destination.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery to the shipping carrier, consistent with Minnesota Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) provisions.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Due to the personalized nature of our products:

  • All custom sales are final.
  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
    • Incorrect sizing selected by the customer
    • Customer-submitted design or spelling errors

However, if your item is defective or we made an error:

  • You must contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Provide photos and a description of the issue
  • If approved, we will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion

This policy is intended to comply with applicable Minnesota consumer protection laws.

Design Proofs & Approval

  • For select orders, a digital proof or mockup may be provided prior to production.
  • Production will not begin until customer approval is received.
  • Approval confirms that all details—including spelling, design placement, sizing, and colors—are correct.
  • Crafts 4 Dayz is not responsible for any errors that were present in an approved proof.

Digital Proof Disclaimer:

  • Digital proofs are intended for layout and design reference only.
  • Colors may appear differently on screens due to monitor settings and display variations.
  • Final printed products may vary slightly from digital proofs in color, size, scale, and placement due to differences in materials, printing methods, and production processes.
  • These minor variations are not considered defects.

Intellectual Property

All website content—including designs, logos, graphics, and images—is the property of Crafts 4 Dayz and is protected under U.S. copyright and trademark laws.

By submitting custom artwork, you represent and warrant that:

  • You own the rights to the design, or
  • You have permission to use it

We reserve the right to refuse any order that may infringe on intellectual property rights.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under Minnesota law, Crafts 4 Dayz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from:

  • Use of our website or products
  • Delays in shipping or production
  • Errors in customer-submitted information

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Crafts 4 Dayz from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the site or violation of these Terms.
